What can a website do for my business?

Just as there is no business exactly the same, there is also no web design exactly the same. Web design can be as simple as a one page site with your logo, name and address on to something as complex as showing all your products online with the ability to let customers buy from your website. Web design in Gloucester. We love it.

Website design, gloucester

Whatever your web design needs, here at Lampshade Marketing, we’ll make your website work for your business. To help us build a website bespoke to you, we’ll ask you some of the following questions:

What is my target audience?

Any website that we build will reflect your image and brand of your business. From the way it looks to the words on the page, it’ll communicate who you are and what you are about. Weird and wacky is great for some business websites, but won’t work for others.  Once we’ve had a chat about your target audience, we’ll help develop a website that speaks to them

How will people find my website?

The most important thing about a web site is that someone sees it. We know the best bits of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and will build a website that attracts customers through your new site – and we’ll be able to prove it.

Do I want the ability to change the information on the site myself or to add a blog or regular news?

This will affect the basic web design of the site and is something we’ll discuss with you. However, don’t start a news feature unless you can keep it up. A "latest news" feature dated one month ago is worse than no news at all.

Do I want to use my site just to inform or to sell?

We’ll help you decide what’s best. At Lampshade Marketing we’re at home doing either a static website or an ecommerce website. We’ll advice on the best one for you and help with how you can accept payments online.
