Make Google love my website - Part 2

Making Google love your website, so that you appear Number 1 in Google isn't an easy job. Infact it's hard.

This is the second in a two part series in this blog will help you a little on your way to make sure that your website in loved by Google.   • Content. Content is king. Website content. Modify your exisiting website content and create new website content so that it is relevant to what your customers and potential customers search for. Organise your content into a hierarchy of information to make your website structure.
  • Websites in big business tend to have a number of different stakeholders. From the CEO to the post boy, everyone has an opinion. Make sure everyone is bought in to your website by creating a team of like minded individuals to drive development through - although website design by committee is not nice!
  • Run your website from only one domain. Google likes you to only have one domain, so if you start creating lots of domains, it weakens your proposition. In this instance, less is more.
  • Relevance/Reputation/Visibility. Follow these three rules and you wont go far wrong. Make it relevant to what you sell, Grow a great reputation, make sure we can see it.
